CONFIRMATION OF YOUR TRANSACTION

Within 5 days of a transaction made on the site, we will send you an order confirmation email including the total price of your order, as well as the detailed terms of the transaction.

 

REFUND

For a refund, return the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging, along with all instructions, and the sticker. It is possible to return the product directly to L’Équipe Labrie (12 Rang Saint-André, Napierville, QC, J0J 1L0) or by mail. In the latter case, the delivery costs in the event of return must be borne by the buyer. You have 15 days to submit your refund request.

 

If we have made a mistake on a product in your order, we undertake to exchange it. Postage will then be at our expense.
